CANCELLATION POLICY
Hi pretty! To be fair to both my clients and my business, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice (no-show), 50% of the service will be charged. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged a fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time!
